mli: what's up with the delta and the old hipup not making the cut? i was surprised to see that...

OD Delta didnt make it (going to a new owner on 5th D today actually) , still got the black, its out of shot on the wall with all my other bags and hats, still got a lot of readypack cargo, still want to collect that.

basically with rents the way they are in Australia and with my job non situation if I want a pizza or a couple of beers, or a CD or whatever I have to either put that shit on my credit card or sell something to get it so its economic rationalisation, cant afford to have doubles of some shit, or to not have the focus I should have had for the last few years, basically when I went to japan and had a decent income and no responsibilities I went nuts and tried out a lot of different shit I had always wanted to clothes wise. weirdly back in the late `90s when I had to really work to get the clothes I think I had better taste, when you have almost unlimited choice it can work against you. but basically Ive come full circle back to the shit I used to rock a decade ago now and think Im refocused on what I love most.

you have a good focused collection there (do you have the medicom James whos a GI Joe body with a saru long snowboard but he has a pointman mask?. to me that is one of the ultimate bape/futura/unkle pieces. but, imo, lose the supreme towels tho, they look cheap and they dont fit in with the rest of the collection, I hate that black/brown color that ikea sells too. what the fuck is wrong with actual black? nothing. yours probably isnt from ikea Im guessing, more like one of those countless online furniture retailers in Japan that sell stuff for almost nothing.

actually I really want to rearrange everything there..all the spray cans should be together for a start, pissing me off..fuck is that a bape HK (original store) pin box?? you have a lot of random stuff. thats cool.

I remember fiending for the pants zoo york made with that futura honeycomb camo pattern on that deck. when I actually found them in Sydney they were shit.

it's pretty focused but like you said, there are some random pieces in there...some random bearbricks/kubricks and a little roen micky figure. good eye on the HK pin...#3. i think i remember seeing a pic of it first in an old relax mag. the one where nigo goes to HK and has some old guy print him a bootleg ape shirt. and the kaws stuff somehow slipped in there...i'm not a huge fan, but for some reason, i always loved the bus stop sets. there are still a lot of things i'm on the hunt for...that lavelle figure with the ape jacket is definitely one of them, but i'm just not willing to drop as much as people are asking for it. one of these days i'll stumble across one at a recycle shop out here for dirt cheap...it may be in ten years, but i can wait.

i hear you on the rearranging idea. although i tried to keep things a bit together, it's a bit of a half-assed job. i bought the shelf after the quake to try and keep things a bit steadier (the reason for the casters), but i found that the little cubes are pretty tight and don't really allow everything to fit together correctly.

and the shelf isn't ikea, but it might as well be the same...nitori ¥7,900
